Surveys

Homebuyer Survey or HSV RICS
A concise and easily understood report using minimal jargon, highlighting significant and urgent matters and future repairs requiring investigation before exchange of Contracts. A valuation and insurance re-instatement cost for buildings insurance purposes suitable for most normal sized, conventionally built properties.

Building Surveys
A very detailed and investigative report with photographs and sketch plans, where necessary, describing the structure, major repairs and maintenance required, together with summary, a valuation and insurance re-instatement if required.

Pre-Sale Survey
We are able to undertake a survey on a Vendor’s property prior to marketing, which will be transferred to the successful purchaser who can rely on it. A valuation is not included. This report will be very similar to the Home Condition report to be included within the Government’s Home Information Pack.
