The land was tile drained at chain centres approximately 20 years ago.

SINGLE FARM PAYMENT
The entitlements maybe acquired by the purchaser by separate negotiation.

SUGAR BEET
The vendors will transfer approximately 200 tonnes of Sugar Beet subject to the agreement of British Sugar.

IRRIGATION LICENCE
The previous occupier is prepared to transfer part of his irrigation licence allocation by separate negotiation subject to the agreement of the Environment Agency.
