From the A1017 heading north towards Sible Hedingham, turn right onto the A1124 Halstead Road and then first left into Maplestead Lane. Continue down the hill and through the ford passing Maplestead Mill and follow the road around to the left.

The property is located on the right hand side.

These two barns are linked by single storey former piggery buildings of red brick construction with clay pantiled and slate roof.

The proposed site extends in total to about 0.19 acres as coloured RED on the sale plan.

Access to the development will be over a right of way across the drive coloured BLUE on the sale plan, subject to a contribution to maintenance according to user.
