Planning
Planning permission (App No: 07/00448/FUL) and Listed Building Consent (Ref 07/00449/LBC) was granted by Braintree District Council dated 25th April 2007 for Conversion of redundant farm buildings to work live unit.
The approved scheme plans provide for the MAIN BARN to be converted into a single storey residential unit extending to approx. 2200 ft2 (204 m2) GIA. with the following accommodation: Kitchen/Dining Area; Sitting Room; Study; 5 Bedrooms with 3 ensuite Shower Rooms and Family Bathroom.
The CHAFF STORE is allocated as work/business space and extends to approx. 1000 sq.ft (93 sq.m) on the ground floor with approx. 420 sq.ft (39 sq.m) of first floor work space.

Mains water is located in the access drive and the purchaser will be required to install a separate meter. Mains electricity. The purchaser will be responsible for installing a private drainage system and will be granted the necessary rights across the vendors retained land where required.
