Location and Situation
The land is situated in a rural location approximately ½ mile north east of the village of Fowlmere and approximately 9 miles south west of Cambridge.
Directions
The land can be found using the location plan in the sales particulars. From the M11 at junction 11 take the A10 signed Royston, continue along this road until you reach the traffic lights. At the traffic lights turn left on the B1363 signed Fowlmere/Flint Cross. Continue through the village of Newton for approximately 3 ½ miles, the land is situated at the junction of the Cambridge Road with the Fowlmere Road on the right hand side.
