The holding is situated to the North-West of the village of Pott Row approximately 8 miles East of King’s Lynn. See attached location plan. DIRECTIONS/ACCESS In Pott Row take the road signposted Cliff-en-Howe Road and follow to the end of this road. This road then continues left handed on to an unmade “hard” access roadway. Follow this roadway to the end and the land is on the left hand side.
