The land is situated approximately 3 miles to the north east of the Fenland city of Ely, which has a wide range of shops, facilities and services. From Ely, head east towards Queen Adelaide, before turning left (north) onto Branch Bank, immediately after crossing the Great Ouse. Continue along Branch Bank for approximately 1.5 miles, where the land can be found on the right-hand side immediately before the bridge that crosses the meeting of the River Great Ouse and the River Lark. The entrance to the land will be marked by a Cheffins ‘For Sale’ board.
