On completion, the site is to be restored to arable agricultural land use. A gas supply pipeline is present below the existing site surface. Mitigation works have been completed to allow for filling to commence. To the front of the site there are two disused former agricultural buildings. The front building is of single storey brick structure, beneath a part pitched tiled roof and part clad flat roof. The rear building comprises a five bay single storey brick structure under a pitched clad roof. There is a water balancing area to the rear left hand corner of the site, whilst there is high bunding/banking to the rear boundary.
