The building at 30 High Street stood empty and in desperate need of some improvement and new occupiers. Cheffins now manage the premises on behalf of the landlord and Cheffins’ management team carried out refurbishment works after letting the first floor to a local magazine company. The ground floor retail unit has recently been let to Shoecare, who have invested in a high quality fit out and now the building is fully occupied. 30 High Street is a prominent building in a key corner location and it’s now back at its best and a real asset to the High Street.
