The tractor section contains nearly 200 entries principal amongst which is the 1962 Doe Triple D “Blue & Orange” which has been in the same family ownership since 1965. The last owner was Alwyn Blatherwick who was acknowledged as one of the countries leading experts on the marque.
The vehicle section contains such beauties as a 1949 MG TC Roadster in super condition alongside an equally desirable 1970 Lotus Cortina Mk2. A super rare Roadless land Rover 109 is sure to set pulses racing when it comes under the hammer, one of only nine built and the off roader par excellence. A 1936 Foden Timber Tractor and two 1950’s Scammell tractors are consigned from a deceased estate and stand along side a wonderful Austin Gipsy breakdown truck and a Land Rover military ambulance.
The motorcycle section boasts a very fine and correct Vincent Comet along with a BSA Golden Flash, AJS Model 20 and 1968 Triumph Bonneville amongst others and a fine selection of associated literature and spares.
With a consignment of nearly 2,500 lots there is something for everyone interested in the vintage world, from petrol pumps to ploughs and enamel signs to engines. Steam, petrol, diesel and horsedrawn enthusiasts are all catered for.
