PROMOTIONS AT CHEFFINS

Simon Lewis FRICS has been appointed Vice-Chairman after seven years with the firm as a Director and Head of Commercial Property for professional and management services. Previously a partner of Catlings, he has 30 years’ experience of the Cambridge property scene.

Cambridge Residential Director, Richard Freshwater BSc FNAEA, joins the equity partnership along with Rural Director and Auctioneer, Simon Gooderham MRICS, FAAV. Both joined Cheffins in 1998, and have been Directors for the past two years.

New Associate is Jeremy Curzon MNAVA, a leading member of the Vintage team. Jeremy has been with Cheffins for eleven years, having previously spent 21 years at TWI in research engineering. He specialises in classic and vintage motorcycles, and the valuation of plant and machinery for business recovery specialists.
