The purchaser is the Newmarket based firm of Everlac (GB) Ltd, international specialist in paint technology for an increasing range of decorative and industrial coatings for masonry, wood, metal and sports surface substrates. The firm is relocating in order to accommodate their expansion and allow new products to come online.
