Grove House is a Grade 2 Georgian landmark building in Chatteris, 10 miles north west of Ely, which was formerly used for educational purposes. After obtaining a change of planning to residential use, Cheffins has sold the property for £250,000 freehold.

Ben Green of Cheffins says: “It’s a superb building with two storey stables to the rear and totals around 3,500 sq ft but the demand for commercial use was not particularly high. The planning consent is for a single dwelling, although there might be the possibility of creating a number of apartments, subject to a detailed planning application.”
