BIGGEST ENTRY FOR HARROGATE 2011

Saturday 20th August 2011 will see the 14th sale at Harrogate and the largest entry of vintage and classic tractors, motorcycles, implements and spares at this well established event. With all auction rings selling under cover and the site boasting other excellent facilities the Great Yorkshire Showground will be brimming with over 120 tractors, 100 implements, 450 lots of related spares and a total of nearly 900 lots, we are set for a busy day.

There are some notable tractors in the line with a super sharp and very popular 1981 Massey Ferguson 1250 with only 3,400 hours on the clock and one of 19 other excellent tractors from the TA & N White Collection. There is also a very original 1838 Ferguson Brown Model A, 1981 Roadless 118, Trantor Series 1 and a good show of Field Marshall’s with two Series III and one Series II. There are some distinguished classics on offer with a low houred 1983 Massey Ferguson 690, 1966 David Brown 770, 1960 Roadless Power Major and 1957 Roadless E1A Major, Fordson E27N P6, Ford 2000, John Deere D, Massey Ferguson 135, 148 and 35 with many being restored to a high standard.

This sale has also received a superb entry of motorcycles with a presentable 1969 350cc BSA B40 Trial, 2002 500cc Royal Enfield Bullet, 1987 500cc Armstrong MT500 and a stunning brace of BMW motorcycles a c.1939 R23 and a c.1950 R35.

There is also an excellent entry of stationary engines with an International Famous 5hp, Petter Atomic semi-diesel, Gardner 2hp, Armstrong Whitwoth, Petter Universal M 5hp and a 1937 Solo stationary engine to name a few.
