LOCATION AND DIRECTIONS TO THE SALE
From junction 35 of the A14, take the A1309 Milton Road into Cambridge, proceed across the traffic lights. At the traffic lights adjacent to the Golden Hind Public House turn left into Green End Road, Nuffield Road is the second turning on the left located at a mini-roundabout. Andrew McCulloch’s is located on the right after the road bears left and is opposite Ridgeons Builders Merchants. The sale will be signposted on the viewing and sale day.

CAR PARKING
No parking on site (loading only), please park considerately and courteously on Nuffield Road.

VIEWING
The sale may ONLY be viewed at the following times.
Wednesday 9th December 10.00am to 4.00pm
Morning of the Sale from 8.00am onwards

VALUE ADDED TAX
VAT at the current rate is payable on all lots in addition to the hammer price unless otherwise stated at the time of sale. OVERSEAS PURCHASERS to note amendment to our Standard Terms and Conditions, see Section 2.

BUYERS PREMIUM
A buyer’s premium of 10% plus VAT will be charged on all lots.
