The owners took the opportunity to separate the former manager’s flat above the commercial space and market this as two one-bedroom flats, which were sold by separate negotiation at a market premium via Cheffins residential team.
Station Road will the location of SmokeWorks second restaurant, with its first being located on Free School Lane. As part of the successful Cambscuisine group, SmokeWorks on Station Road will be the eighth restaurant in the company’s local portfolio.
