Corporate Social Responsibility

Cheffins works in partnership with a number of local charities and deserving causes and projects to empower and enrich the lives of the communities in the Anglia region.

Cheffins is proud of of its long history of working with clients and communities outside of our day to day business. We recognise the importance of supporting and nurturing the communities within which we live and work. Our corporate objectives go beyond our business strategy and are designed to empower, improve and progress the lives of people in the Anglian region. We are delighted to support a number of fundraising initiatives, projects and events that are important to our clients and those that live nearby. Our collaboration with a wide range of projects helps raise money, address issues and seize opportunities whose impact is broad, measurable and sustainable.

Our corporate social responsibility objectives stretch beyond the parameters of our business strategy. This year we have made significant donations to the Arthur Rank Hospice and the East Anglia Children's Hospice (EACH). However, our input is not always financial and and some of the charities we partner with can benefit from the fundraising potential of our employees and the business acumen and intellectual property of our Directors and staff.

Cheffins is also closely linked with the Cambridgeshire Community Foundation (CCF). This independent charity makes contributions to local grass roots community groups. CCF's objective is to support projects that make a real difference to the lives of local people. Since its inception in 2004, CCF has donated over £5 million to 2000 causes within the region.
