At Cheffins we work hard to continually exceed clients' expectations.
We hope you are happy with the service you receive from us, however, should you wish to contact us with a complaint we will do our best to resolve it immediately. We will acknowledge receipt of your grievance within seven days; however, if we need more time to investigate, we will respond again within four weeks.
