Cambridge - Property Auction Administrator

The Professional / Rural department at our Cambridge office are looking to appoint a Property Auction Administrator.

The position is full time Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm.

You will deal with incoming enquiries, registration of applicant details and property requirements, booking viewings, negotiating between parties, liaising with vendors and buyers and assisting with sales progression. 

Ideally you will have experience of using Jupix and InDesign, although training will be given.  You will also have a good overall level of education and excellent IT and communication skills. Good organisation skills and an ability to multi-task, work in a team and on your own initiative are essential. You will be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy together with experience of, and a desire to, maintain a high standard of customer care when dealing with vendors and purchasers.
