Full Time Ely Lettings Consultant / Property Manager

Monday to Friday and Saturdays on a rota basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Lettings Consultant / Property Manager to join the Ely Lettings team.

You will be responsible for dealing with applications, referencing prospective tenants, drawing up tenancy agreements, ensuring all legislation is met before each let, negotiating move-in dates.  You will be dealing with tenants and landlords via telephone, email and face to face on a daily basis.   

There will also be some out of office work, such as viewings and property visits so it is essential that you have a full clean driving license and use of your own car, which must be insured for business use.   

You must have a good overall level of education, excellent IT and communication skills.  Experience in a lettings environment is not essential but would be of an advantage.  You will have good organisational skills and an ability to multitask, work in a team and on your own initiative.  You will be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy together with experience of, and a desire to maintain, a high standard of customer care when dealing with landlords and tenants.
